I always wondered what this really was, wasn’t sure if it was simply just waking up and working out first thing in the morning, or what. Until I joined the program. You get 5 different moves every day. You do each move for 1min and do it 2x through. For about 10min of exercise, or 12min including transitions, water, etc. I have put together a little video to show you an example. - Back lunge with front raise (switch 30sec through)
- Donkey Kicks (switch legs 30sec through)
- Back leg extension with band (switch 30sec through)
- Back bridge with leg abduction (switch 30sec through)
