It’s All Peachy Breakfast Bowl

Summer fruit is the best! Peaches are in season right now, and I can’t seem to get enough. This is one of my favorite summer breakfasts, especially when I’m looking to cool down after a hot, sweaty workout. It could easily be a smoothie, but why not mix it up and put it in a bowl and eat it like cold soup? You know, just keeping life interesting over here. ๐Ÿ˜‰

It’s All Peachy Breakfast Bowl

In a blender:

8-12 ounces of coconut water

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I prefer Designer Protein – get 20% off your order with my referral link here)

1 cup frozen peaches

1 frozen banana

BLEND!

Pour into a bowl and sprinkle..

1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

1 tablespoon gluten free granola (I used Udi’s here)

1/2 cup cut up peaches on top

*You can also add 1/2 a cup of yogurt to the blended mixture if you are feeling extra hungry. ๐Ÿ™‚
