Rock The Boat Ab Workout

It’s Tuesday! And that means a new ab workout! I have finished up Weeks 5&6 of the Tone It Up Bikini Series, which I will be reviewing soon! Life has been a bit of a crazy whirlwind lately, but don’t fret. I have been on top of my Bikini Series even with a few meals out here and there, as well as a trip to Mexico. A while back I did a 5min abs per day challenge, and I’m sharing the workouts again, not only to do 5min of abs per day in addition to the Bikini Series, and to get you all to do 5min of abs with me, but to get your feedback on the videos, so that I can make new ones and make them even better! Rock The Boat Ab Workout

2x through 30sec each exercise – 3min total

Sitting Oblique Twist

Row Your Boat

Kick In and Out

Do the above 2x through and then follow up with…

2x 30sec of one foot up crunches – each side – 2min total.

Let me know what you all think! Summer is here! Abs take consistency so every day dedicate 5min to your abs, and I promise you will be thanking me later (as long as you don’t refuel with your fave ice cream or burger :P)
