This week’s 5min ab workout is the Total Tummy Toner. It focuses on the front of your abs, your obliques, transverse abdominus muscles, as well as that “back bulge”. You know that stuff that squeezes out of your jeans? πŸ˜›

Join me in doing this 5min ab workout every day this week! You can follow along to the video below or I have written out the workout if you prefer to do it that way!

Total Tummy Toner Workout – 5min

30sec – opposite hand/opposite foot crunch – alternating

30sec – penguin

30sec – opposite hand/opposite foot crunch – alternating

30sec – penguin

30sec – front plank

30sec – superman or swimmers on your stomach – alternating

30sec – front plank

30sec – superman or swimmers on your stomach – alternating

1min – back bridge

Now go get to work! It’s SUMMER TIME!!! <3
