    Ooo. I like those ideas! I can definitely make videos about that! πŸ™‚ I used to practice them, not so much anymore.

  • Yes, great idea! What items/gear are in your transition, and maybe videos on how you get in and out of T1 and T2 (if you do practice them). πŸ™‚

    Great post Katie & keep doing videos they are informative and fun! I usually just drink Carbo Pro with ice & water, but that recovery shake looks so much better. I couldn’t tell from pics but when you do a long run like that, do you run w/hydration or just before & after??? Looked toasty out there. Grabbing an Alex bottle. Looks like it will do a decent job with my cocktails too πŸ™‚
