Time at Home

The last two weeks have been amazing in two totally different ways. After running 30 miles in Wisconsin, I then spent my week there practically recovering. I worked out 3 days after that run, between Monday and Labor Day. Totaling 10 miles, and 1hr total of abs. Needless to say those 30 miles really took it out of me. I was sleeping 10hrs a night and felt tired most of the time. I finally started to feel normal again around Thursday. My body didn’t really ache or hurt. I just simply was tired. But it all worked out, because instead of working out I got to do the following…my week in Wisconsin in pictures:

I miss this little one so much already!

It was amazing being home with the fam! Loved catching up with friends who I haven’t seen since I moved to California! And the best part was meeting my first ever niece, London. So blessed for being surrounded by amazing people.

Next up my week after being home…3 weeks til SuperFrog half, 4 weeks til the big ultra run for Mike Rouse’s bday in Kona.
